½ c. milk
½ c. butter
½ c. flour
2 eggs
¾ c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. Marinara Sauce (heated, for dipping)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Grease cookie sheet. Heat milk and butter to boiling in 1 ½ quart saucepan. Stir in flour, reduce heat to low. Stir vigorously about 1 minute until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until smooth. Stir in cheese. Drop in round teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes, until golden brown.
