2 1/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 cubes butter
7 T. cocoa
1 c. water
2 large eggs
1 T. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 tsp baking soda

Cream filling:
1/2 pint cream, whipped
1/4 c. sour cream
Powdered sugar

3 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1 T. vanilla
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter. Mix cocoa and water. Mix with butter, flour and sugar. Add eggs an vanilla, butter milk and soda.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes in two rounds. Freeze rounds after they have cooled.
Mix cream filling and spread between layers.
Frost. Keep cooled.
