1 Oreo cookie crumb crust
12 oz. chocolate chips
2 sticks unsalted butter
4 large eggs
8 oz. toffee pieces (reserve 1/4 c. for garnish)
Caramel sauce from jar
Whipped cream or Cool Whip for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter until it just begins to boil. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate. Set mixture aside to cool slightly. Place whole eggs in warm water for 10 minutes, then mix eggs on high speed until thick, light colored and triple in volume. Add melted chocolate and toffee pieces. Mix on medium speed until mixture starts to come together. Finish combining thoroughly with spatula. Pour chocolate mixture into crust and place on baking sheet.
Place 2 c. hot water in baking pan on rack below pie in oven for steam. Bake at 350º for 10 - 12 minutes until filling rises slightly with a dull-looking appearance. Chill for 4 hours. Top with caramel sauce, toffee pieces and whipped cream.
