2 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

1 3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. veg. oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:

1, Mix "dry" ingredients together in a large bowl until blended.

2. Add "wet" ingredients to the dry mixture and blend with a wire wisk. Do not over mix.

3. Let sit for a few minutes before pouring onto skillet into pancakes, this maximizes fluffiness.
