1 medium cabbage, shredded
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
1/2c. uncooked rice
2-10 1/2oz. cans tomato soup
2 soup cans of water
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place cabbage into greased baking dish.
Brown beef and onion; stir in raw rice. Layer on top of cabbage and season to taste.
Combine soup and water and pour over cabbage mixture.
Cover tightly with foil. Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Note: you can put a few pieces of bacon on bottom of dish and on top for more flavor. At end of baking, remove foil and broil for a few minutes until bacon is crisp.
