"When I'm at a Chinese restaurant having a hard time with chopsticks, I always hope that there's a Chinese kid at an American restaurant somewhere who's struggling mightily with a fork."--Rick Budinich

1 lb. Butter
2 c. dark brown sugar, packed
1 c. white sugar
1 T. vanilla
3 eggs
can Eagle Brand Milk
5 - 6 c. flour
1 tsp. Salt, but if you use unsalted butter, use 2 tsp. Salt.
1 tsp. Soda
c. malt
chocolate chips.

Cream butter and sugars. Then beat in eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix dry ingredients together and then mix into dough. Add chips and nuts. The dough is really soft and sticky so it helps to put dough in the fridge for a while to set up. Bake at 350 for 8 10 minutes.
