2 C Flour
1 C Sugar
t Salt
l C Chilled unsalted butter, cut into pieces

5 lbs Golden Delicious Apples, peeled, Cored, and Thinly Sliced
l C Fresh Blackberries, or Frozen(thawed, drained)
l C Sugar
C Flour

Topping: Mix flour, sugar, and salt in processor. Add butter and blend using on/off turns until mixture resembles course crumbs.
(Can be prepared l day ahead) Cover and Chill
Fruit: Preheat over to 350. Butter 9x l3 dish. Toss apples, blackberries, sugar, and flour in lg. bowl. Transfer to prepared dish, mounding slightly. Crumble topping over fruit. Bake until fruit bubbles and topping is golden brown.
Cool at least l5 minutes before serving. Great with ice cream.
