½ c. butter
3 oz. Baking chocolate
2 eggs
1 c. flour
½ tsp. Baking powder
¼ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
¾ c. oreo cookies, crushed
2 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Melt butter and chocolate in the top of a double broiler. Cool slightly. Beat in remaining ingredients by hand. Pour into a greased 8” x 12” pan. Bake at 350º until set, about 30 minutes.
