2 skinless chicken breast halves
½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. crumbled corn tortilla chips
½ c. water
¼ c. teriyaki sauce
1 T. lime juice
1 tsp. minced garlic
¼ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp ginger
2 T. salsa
1/4 c. ranch dressing
grated cheese
1/4 c. crumbled corn tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, teriyaki sauce, lime juice, garlic, salt and ginger. Marinade chicken in this for at least 2 hours.
Mix salsa with ranch dressing to make mexi-ranch dressing.
Preheat grill or oven broiler. Discard marinade. Grill or broil chicken uncovered, for 3-5 minutes per side. Put chicken in shallow baking dish. Spread dressing over chicken followed by cheese. Broil 2-3 minutes until cheese has melted. Serve over crumbled corn tortilla chips.
