3 eggs
2- 8 oz pkgs. regular cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cup sour cream
Juice of 1-2 lemons
2-4 tsp of lemon zest
Combine first 4 ingredients until very creamy and smooth. Add sour cream. Pour into spring form pan. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until small cracks appear in edges and cake. Place aluminum foil on top of pan to keep cheesecake from browning. Chill for 4-5 hours.

Does anyone else remember Dinah Shore? This has been my cheesecake recipe for over twenty years. This cake actually taste best the second day. Great with fresh fruit.
