4 c. flour
1 T. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. Crisco
1/2 c. cold water
1 T. vinegar
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first three ingredients and then cut in the Crisco. Separately, beat together the water, vinegar, and egg. Combine the 2 mixes. Extra cold water may be needed. I usually need it.

Can be stored in refrigerator in plastic wrap. I make and cut into 4-5 crusts and wrap separately and put in freezer. They are just like fresh made dough when unthawed.
