1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
12 slices Texas toast
6 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in 9 x13 dish. Add brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix together and cover the bottom of the dish.
2. Add a double layer of bread.
3. Beat eggs and milk together. Pour over the bread.
4. Cover and let stand overnight
5. Uncover and bake at 300º for 30 minutes. Cut into slices and invert onto a platter to serve.
