Ingredients: 1 Beer Of Your Choice
3/4 Cup Salt + 1/4 Tsp Salt
4-6 Cups Ice Cold Water
4-6 Pounds Of Your Favorite Chicken Parts
1 Quart Butter Milk
5-6 Cups All Propose Flower
1/4 Tsp Hot Sauce
1/4 Cup Each Garlic Powder & Onion Powder
3 Tablespoons Paparika
1/4 Tsp Cyane Pepper
1/2 Tsp Fresh Cracked Black Pepper

Directions:First Brine Chicken Using Beer 3/4 Cup Salt And Then Cover With The Ice Cold Water Beer Is Optional once Covered in Brine Mixture Cover And Refrigerate 30 -45 Min . Be Sure to Mix Brine Mixture before adding Chicken . Mix Butter Milk and Hot Sauce , Mix all dry ingreadents well and reserve some plain flour , after chicken is done soaking remove peice by peice and first give a light dusting in plain flour then shake any loose flour off then coat well in butter milk mixture and then roll well for nice coat in the flour mixture Fries best in Penut oil or a blended oil at 350 degres 8-10 min , or untill desired crispyness |
