6 4oz. Salmon fillets
1 c. orange honey bbq sauce
12 oz. Baby field greens

Orange Honey BBQ Sauce:
2 c. ketchup
¼ c. honey
¼ c. mustard
1 T. chopped jalapeno pepper
2 T. rice vinegar
1 ½ tsp. Tabasco sauce
¼ T. brown sugar
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. curry powder
¼ T. paprika
1 tsp. Chopped garlic
1 tsp. Vegetable oil
1 tsp. Lemon juice

Dressing:
4 oz. Cider vinegar
4 oz. Hazelnut oil (available at gourmet stores)
4 oz. Apple juice
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Brush salmon with bbq sauce. Grill or broil on each side for 3 to 4 minutes or until done. Divide washed greens among six plates, top each with salmon and pour dressing over greens.
