½ c butter melted
1 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp or more vanilla
3 - 4 large mashed bananas
2 - 3 Tbsp orange juice
2 c flour
½ tsp soda
½ tsp salt
2 shakes cinnamon


Topping (optional):
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix wet and dry ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured bread pan. Once it has cooked for about 25 minutes, spoon topping over the top, and return to the oven. Bake at 350º for about an hour. It doesn't get really dark like some banana breads do. You can do a knife in the middle test to check if it is done.
