Brown 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion
2 tbsp chili powder
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 can green chiles and tomatoes

Directions:
In casserole dish crush 1 large bag of dorito chips. Pou mixture over chips. Top with grated cheese. Put in oven and heat til cheese is melted. Bake 350º
