6 zucchini
1 4 oz pkg shredded parmesan
1 4 oz pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
sour cream
1 egg
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel tops of zucchini to make a "boat". Boil zucchini to cook. When the zucchini are tender, lay out to cool. Scoop the zucchini out of skins, leaving enough to keep "boat" shape. Drain liquid from zucchini mean and all all above ingredients. Fill zucchini skins with mixtire and broil at 350º until lightly browned.
