Taco Salad Recipe

1 1/2 lbs ground beef ( cooked and drained)
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 clove garlic ( or more)
1 pkg of tortilla chips
1 can Campbell's Nacho Cheese soup
1 large bottle of Buttermilk or Ranch Dressing
1 head of lettuce
2 tomatoes
green onions
any salad ingredients you prefer

Saute onions and garlic. set aside. Brown ground beef, drain. Add seasoning and onions and garlic. Mek green salad as you like it---anything goes. Put tortilla chips on plate, add ground beef. Put salad on top. Add nacho cheese melted on top. Pour dressing over this and eat away...quick, easy and fast.
