1 lb. lean ground beef
2 eggs beaten
1 cup plain bread crumbs
4 Tbsp. minced onion
4 Tbsp. pickle relish
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup saurerkraut, drained & chopped
1/2 cup part-skim Swiss cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except sauerkraut and cheese: mix thoroughly. Spread mixture to form a 6 x 8 inch rectangle. Spread sauerkraut over meat. Sprinkle half the cheese over the sauerkraut. Start at the short end and rull up meat like a jelly roll. Transfer to a pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake until cheese is melted.
