3 cups sugar
3 tbps cocoa
salt
2 cups milk ( or 1 cup evap milk and 1 cup water)
1/4 stick margaine
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
In pot mix sugar, cocoa and salt, add milk, bring to boil. Reduce heat. Boil 15 mins. Remove from heat and add 1/4 stick margarine and 1 tsp vanilla
