4 large vidalia onions
4 tbsp butter or margarine
4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Peel onions, core and remove a section approximately the diameter of a quarter. Do not cut through to the bottom. Fill the cavity with 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. Place onions in 9 in. glass pie plate. Cover with plastic wrap, turning back one corner to vent. Microwave on high 9-11 mins, or until onions are fork tender. Bake in oven(remove plastic) about 10 mins or until desired crispness. 350º on greased baking dish.
