4 Center-cut loin pork chops with bone or boneless.(about 4 ounces each)

For the Marinade:

1 can (8 ounces) sliced pineapple
pinapple juice from can
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Green onion strips for garnish

To prepare marinade:
Drain pinapple, set aside pinapple juice.

Combine honey, mustard, pinapple juice, curry powder, salt, black pepper, and hot sauce.

Mix well and set aside 2 tablespoons of marinade to baste chops while grilling.

Set aside more marinade if needed.

Marinate your chops!
Place pork chops, marinade, in a dish, turning to coat. Cover dish with plastic wrap; refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Place pork chops on grill rack
(Throw out marinade in dish!!)
Baste with your 2 tablespoons of marinade. Grill 4 inches from heat untill cooked through and no longer pink, about 6 to 8 minutes on each side.

Add pinapple slices to grill during the last 5 minutes of grilling. Grill, turning once, untill lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Garnish with green onion strips.

Serve with potatoes, aspargas.
