2 lbs. Purdue chicken breast tenders
8 extra large eggs
1/4c. water
1/4c. Parmesan cheese (plus a little extra)
Italian style bread crumbs
canola oil
6 cloves garlic, crushed
2 -10 3/4 oz. cans Campbell's chicken broth
5oz. Real Lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together eggs, water and 1/4c. Parmesan cheese. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then bread crumbs.
In frying pan, heat oil and garlic. Fry chicken on medium- high heat until lightly browned on both sides. Drain off excess oil and set aside.
Combine chicken broth and lemon juice.
Layer chicken, then broth mixture and top with additional Parmesan cheese in baking dish sprayed with Pam. Repeat layers. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Note: Can be made ahead.
