Spinach, 1 large bag from Costco,
1 Bunch Green Onions, thinly sliced,
Strawberries, washed, cored and sliced (maybe 5— 6 small containers, or 2
- 3 large Costco-size),
Sugared Almonds (or, 2 bags of toffee covered almonds),
Dressing:
½ C Sugar,
1/3 C Red Wine Vinegar,
2 TBS Fresh Lemon Juice,
1 TBS Onion, diced small,
½ tsp. Salt,
2/3 C Vegetable Oil,
2-3 tsp. Poppy Seeds

Directions:

Toss spinach and sliced strawberries and onions. Mix dressing ingredients together in a jar. Cover and shake. Refrigerate and pour over greens just before serving. Top with sugared nuts.
