2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Flour
1 Oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Margarine
1/2 Cup Oil
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Sour Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt

Frosting:
1 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate
1/2 Cup Margarine
6 Tbsp Milk
3 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
1 Tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and set aside 2 cups sugar and 2 cups flour. Bring to boil and add to the flour and sugar mixture 1 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup margarine and 1/2 cup oil. Then add 2 eggs, 1/2 cup soured milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Beat well by HAND (do not use electric mixer). Pour into greased and floured pan 18 x 12 x 1 or two 9 x 12 pans. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. After cake has baked for 15 minutes start frosting. Bring to boil 1 oz semi-sweet chocolate, 1/2 cup margarine and 6 tbsp milk. Then add 3-1/2 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 cup of chopped nuts if desired and 1 tsp vanilla.

When cake is done, frost immediately.
