1 # Jimmy Dean Sausage w/sage
1 tube Pillsbury Crescent rolls
6 oz. Swiss cheese
1 T. parmesan cheese
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/2 t. oregeno
2 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Fry/break-up sausage. Drain, cool. I only use about 3/4 of sausage. When cool, mix in egg. Save some to brush on top of bread. Add swiss parmesan, and spices. Unroll dough and press flat on cookie sheet. Press seams together well. Put sausage mixture on dough. Roll up jell roll style. Press edges down and tuck under. Brush w/ egg. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Slice when cool.
