1/2c. butter
6c. small broccoli florets (about 1 bunch)
1/2c. diced fresh mushrooms
1/2c. chopped tomatoes
1/4c. grated Pecorino Romano cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. frozen cavatelli cooked per directions

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli, mushrooms and tomatoes; cook, stirring frequently, until broccoli is tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in Pecorino Romano cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
Add to cooked pasta in wide serving bowl and toss well. Serve immediately. Top with grated Pecorino Romano cheese. Makes 6 servings.
Note: If you like more sauce, you may add a 14.5oz. can of diced tomatoes with roasted garlic and onions. Cook for additional 10 minutes. Yummy!
