2 or 3 banana's
1 c. chopped nuts
graham cracker crumbs as needed
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 gal. neopolitan ice cream
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1pt. whipping cream

Cover bottom of 11x15 inch pan with a graham cracker crust. Reserve 1 c. crumbs. Slice banana's crosswise and layer over crust. Slice ice cream 1/2 in. slices and place over banana's. Sprinkle walnuts over ice cream. Freeze until firm. Melt chocolate chip[s and butter, add powdered sugar and evaperated milk. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool chocolaate mixture and pour over ice cream, then freeze until firm. Whip cream until stiff; spread over chocolate layer and top with reserved crumbs. Sore in freezer; remove about 10 minutes before serving. Will keep for several weeks.
