8 oz sliced peaches - undrained
hot water
1/2 stick butter
6 oz Stovetop© Savory Herb Dressing
6 1/2 " pork chops
1/3 peach or appricot preserves
1 tbsp Dijon© mustard

Add peach juice & enough water to make 1 1/2 cup
Cut butter in pieces
Mix syrup water and butter and heat until melted
Stir in stuffing mix and peaches
Let stand 5 minutes
Spoon into 13x9 pan
Arrange chops over mixture
Mix preserves & mustard and spoon over chops
Bake 375º 40 minutes or until chops cook through
