4 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 c. powdered sugar (topping)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in microwave. Mix with oil, sugar and eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients. Form into walnut size balls with hands or spoon and dip tops into powdered sugar. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes.
