2 cups fresh or canned peaches, sliced
Pancake and Waffle Mix from Stonewall - well worth the price
1 cup roughly chopped almonds, preferably toasted
1/2 pint heavy cream
1/2 powdered sugar
1/2 cup Stonewall Kitchen's Peach Amaretto Jam
2 tbsp Amaretto

Directions:

Gently stir together sliced peaches and jam. Whip cream with sugar and amaretto then chill.
Mix waffles according to package directions.
Add chopped almonds to the batter and cook.
Place one waffle on plate, top with peach mixture and a dollop of whipped cream
