1 lg jar of diced pimentoes
1 8 oz soft cream cheese
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 tbsp of Mayo
Sugar, Salt (not needed if you add olives), Pepper
Olives (opt) Chopped about 1/2 cup

Directions:
Directions:
Med to Lg bowl add cream cheese, and pimentoes (with juice) blend, add cheddar cheese, mayo, mix well, add a dash or two of sugar, a little salt (not much or none if you add olives), a little pepper. Mix well. You can now add the olives (opt).
Make this sandwich on your favorite bread.
