Crepes (I use the recipe for Nana's German Pancakes.
They can be made ahead.)
Pint whipping cream, whipped and sweetened
Chilled, cooked rice, about 1 1/2 - 2 c.
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
Quart sliced, sweetened strawberries

Directions:

Lay out one crepe on each dessert plate.
Fold together the whipped cream, rice, and almond
flavoring.
Spoon a mound down the center of the crepe.
Fold over each side.
Top with sweetened berries.
