1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups water
1 teasp. cream of tartar
1/2 teasp. nutmeg
4 large squares of saltine crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook until mixture begins to boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Break 4 large squares saltine crackers into unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter, then pour hot mixture over crackers. Seal upper crust with fork. Bake 1 hour at 350.º
