Ingredients:  
1 Large head Napa Cabbage- chop course
4 green onions, sliced
Dressing:
3/4 c. oil, olive, avocado or grapeseed
1/4 c. red wine or apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
Topping:
1/2 c. butter
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles- crushed ( do not use seasoning pack)
1 small pkg. of sliced almonds
2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Napa Cabbage and green onion in salad bowl.
Mix together dressing ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk.
Topping:
Melt butter in a saute pan, adding remaining ingredients and brown. Drain on paper towel.
(Tip: Keep an eye on the toppings while browning they will quickly burn)
Add Dressing and Topping to the Salad Mixture and Enjoy!
