Chicken Marsala Recipe

1 lb. thin chicken cutlets
1c. flour
3T. margarine or butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2c. marsala wine
3 bouillon cubes
2c. water

Dip each cutlet in flour and brown in pan with margarine and garlic. When done, remove from pan.
Add fresh mushrooms and marsala wine to pan. Simmer 2-3 minutes.
Add bouillon cubes and water. Pour over chicken.
Bake in 9" x11" pan at 350F for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
