3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Topping
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, sugar, eggs, butter milk and vanilla. Put in greased 2 quart casserole dish. Cover with topping. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes
