1 large bunch of spinach
1 head butter lettuce
3/4 lb. swiss cheese grated
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
5 mushrooms sliced
1 sliced purple onion
Dressing
1 1/2 tblsp. poppy seeds
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. grated onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp dry mustard

Mix salad. The dressing needs to be mixed several hours before serving the salad.
