3-4 lbs. Pork Tenderloins- You can buy the tenderloin logs at Costco.
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. chili powder

Sauce:
1/2 cup crab apple jelly or plum jelly
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tblsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325º. Place pork logs in roasting pan. Rub with minced garlic and chili powder. Combine ingredients for sauce and bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Baste pork with sauce occasionally. *I double the sauce recipe so there is enough for left overs. Cook for 1 - 1/2-2 hours. The first hour uncovered and the remaining time covered. Serve with sticky white rice and pour sauce over both.
