2 lbs. beef top round steak
2 cans beef broth
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cube butter
1/2 onion chopped finely
4-5 mushrooms sliced (optional)
2 Tblsp. cooking sherry (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into thin strips. Add 1/2 cube butter, beef, onions and mushrooms and brown them. Add 1/2 can broth, turn to simmer on electric fry pan. Cover for 1 1/2 hours and continue to add remaining broth.
After 1 1/2 hours, turn up temp to boil. Add flour and water to thicken. Put in desired amount of sour cream and sherry.
Serve over fetticuine noodles.
