Fresh tomatoes (@ 1 quart, boiled and peeled)
1 lime (for juice)
3 jalapenos (diced)
1/2 onion (diced)
cilantro
fresh minced garlic
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In blender pitcher, take 1/2 quart of tomatoes and blend
slightly. Add the juice from the lime and jalapenos. Add more
jalapenos if you want it to be hotter. (Add seeds or take out,
your preference here.) Add diced onion and cilantro. Blend
lightly. Add the rest of the tomatoes and blend lightly again.
Season to taste with fresh garlic, salt and pepper. We use this
as fresh salsa, it will keep for a few days in the refrigerator.
Be sure to blend lightly, to much blending and it gets frothy.
