1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
2 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
12 oz chocolate chips
1 (4oz) Hershey bar, grated
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts, of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the butter, and both sugars, then add the eggs and vanilla; beat until creamy.
Mix together the flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a separate bowl.
Combine these dry ingredients with the creamed butter mixture, just until combined. Do Not Over Mix!
Add the chocolate chips, grated Hershey bar, and nuts; mix together, just until combined. Do Not Over Mix!
Make golf ball sized cookies and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake them at 350 for 10 minutes.
