1large box of large stuff shells
1lb peeled shrimp
1lb claw crabmeat
1/2 of baby scallops
l box of frozen or l bag of fresh spinach
2 jars of spegetti sauce
1 small bag of shredded or grated parmesan cheese
1 large bag shredded of Cheddar Cheese
1 large bag shredded of Mozzerella Cheese
Obay Seasonings
1tbsp minced garlic or 2 garlic cloves
1tsp oregano
1tsp of basil
1tsp of garlic powder(for garlic lovers only)

Directions:

Saute Shrimp in Olive Oil until pink, add chopped or minced garlic, add spinach, add shredded or grated parmesan cheese and 1/2 of mozzella cheese, add pasta sauce, and dry ingredients, turn off heat.Add crabmeat and scallops, stir mixture.Cook Stuff Shell as package directs, rinse.
Take baking sheet lay a thin line of pasta sauce.
Stuff each shell with mixture, making sure one shrimp along with mixture is in each shell baking sheet. Line each shell until sheet is filled. Cover shells with Pasta Sauce, top with Mozzerella cheese, bake for 30 minutes.
