1 bag of frozen Mixed Vegetables
1bag of frozen Whole Corn
5 large Peeled Potatoes
1bag of Carrots
1 bag of Okra (optional)
1 large can of crushed Tomatoes
1 Large can of diced Tomatoes
1lb of Beef,Chicken or Meatballs
1 Large can of Chicken or Beef Broth
3 tblsp of Chicken or Beef Brouill on
1/3 cup of Vegetable Oil Drippings or Olive Oil
1/2 lb of largely chopped shrimp (optional)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place all Vegetables in crockpot, add salt,pepper and Accent, (saute beef cube until brown)add meat except shrimp,if using meat ball add meat balls last,let them float on top, pour Broth into mixture, mix Brouillon with 3 to 4 cups of water to fill your crockpot half full.Cook for 3 to 4 hours, add shrimp for another 1/2 an hour before serving.
