2 Deep Dish Pie Crust
1 lb of Peeled Shrimp
8oz Lump or Claw Crabmeat
2 - 8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
8 oz Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 Stems of Chopped Scallions
2 cups of Half & Half Cream
5 Eggs
1/2tsp. Lawry's Season Salt
1tbsp. OBay Crab Seasonings or season to taste

Directions:
Set oven to 350 degrees,( determine how your oven tempature works, 375 degrees is fine) poke holes with fork in crust, place in oven for 5 to 7 minutes. Set aside, season shrimp with 1/2 of the OBay seasoning,saute shrimp until just pink, add scallions turn off heat and set aside. In large mixing bowl beat eggs until all yorks are broken, add cream, add grated parmesan cheese and 8 ozs of cheddar cheese, add remaining OBay and Lawry's Seasoning salt stir to mix all ingredients, and pour mixture into shrimp mixture, mix slightly and add crabmeat. Pour entire mixture into 2 piecrust, fully top each pie with cheddar cheese, cover entire pie.
Place on cookie sheet and bake for 45 minutes until golden color.
Cool 10 minutes and serve.
