2 lb. bag Dole Salad Mix
1/2 head cauliflower, cut in small pieces
1 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1 c. Hellman's Mayonnaise, maybe less
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 lb. bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first three ingredients in a large salad bowl. Combine the last four ingredients for the dressing. The dressing should be the consistency of heavy cream. Add additional milk or sugar to taste. Just before serving, pour the dressing on the salad and toss to coat.
