2 lbs ground chuck
1 bell pepper
1 medium onion
2 small cans tomato paste
1/4 cup mustard
1/2-3/4 cup catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Dice bell pepper and onion. Put in large boiler and add water to cover good. Cook until tender. Add ground chuck, cook until beef is done. Add tomato paste and stir in. Add salt to taste. Add mustard and catsup and bring to boil. Let cook on simmer for a few minutes.
