Breakfast Sausage Casserole Recipe

1lb. pork sausage
6 slices white bread (no crust)
1c. cheddar cheese, heaping
6 eggs
2c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard

Saute sausage until no longer pink.
Tear bread and put in 9"x13" ungreased casserole.
Cover bread with cooked sausage, then cheese.
Beat eggs, mix with milk and seasonings and pour over sausage. bread and cheese mixture in casserole.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Place in cold oven at 350F for 40-45 minutes. Bake uncovered for another 10 minutes.
