6 T cake flour
2/3 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 baked 9-inch pie shell
1 3/4 c milk
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 c cream, whipped
grated chocolate
chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, sugar, and salt in top of double boiler. Add milk, cook over hot water, stirring constatly until mixture thickens. Then cook 15 minutes longer, stirring occasionally. Pour a smal;l amount of mixture over egg holks beatin vigorously; return to double boiler, and cook 2 minutes longer stirring constantly. Remove from fire. Cool, add vanilla, chill. Fold in whipped cream. Arrange cream filling in pie shell, them whip 1/2 cup cream for top. Add grated chocolate and nuts on top of pie.
