2 lbs frozen hash browns
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp minced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt sour cream
2 cup grated American cheese
1/4 cup melted margarine
2 cup crushed corn flakes

Directions:

Mix in order given in 9x13 baking dish. Put melted margarine and corn flakes on top. Bake in a 350º oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hour (depends on whether or not the hash browns are partially unthawed)
